Reports: Our Toil and Your Need

All results, once concurred, are checked at three levels and documented against the required parameters, after which they are cleared for publishing and distribution — physically (paper print) or electronically (online, SMS and e-mail). All reports are generated and catalogued electronically and handled by an expert team, linked to the patient's general details and reference details. We make sure this personal data is kept confidential and disclosed only under strict, lawful parameters — when necessitated by law, or requested by the doctor, clinician, or the patient themselves.

All reports are digitally signed by the pathologist(s), and released into circulation only after due authorization. We always try to make reports comprehensible to the patient, with a general outline usually provided for better understanding — though for proper interpretation we stress that the patient should ask a qualified doctor or their consulting physician for details.

We hand reports to patients in envelopes to keep them personal and inconspicuous. Reports are also mailed or couriered on request, for a nominal charge, and properly referenced and logged for future need. All reports are available online for a period of 30 days from the date of reporting; after that, reports can be requested from the lab directly. Reports can also be sent by SMS on request.
